Return Policy
KAHAANS hopes you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. You are entitled to a 0 loss return.
If your items have not shipped yet, you can cancel the order and get the refund.
If your items have already shipped, there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product:
--The receipt or proof of purchase (Order No.) .
--You have 60 days to return the item from the date you received it.

Damaged items
Please check your order when you receive it. Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, unusable, or in an unacceptable condition, We will replace the damaged item or refund your money.
KAHAANS requires further evidence of the damaged item(s) (i.e. more photos, videos, etc.).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
